1. Introduction

Welcome to Team Aligned. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website at www.teamaligned.co.za or engaging our training services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Team Aligned provides corporate leadership training programs, workshops, and coaching services. Our services include:

• on-site & off-site training Sessions
• Interactive Leadership Modules
• Follow-Up Coaching
• Values-Based Leadership Training
• Team Building Programs

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to clients.

3. Booking and Registration

When you book our training services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Team Aligned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed service agreement outlining the specific terms of your training program, including dates, locations, deliverables, and payment terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Final payment is typically due before or upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed
• All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before scheduled training: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance will be accommodated subject to availability

By Team Aligned: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive full refund of any payments made or the option to reschedule.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, presentations, handouts, and other intellectual property provided by Team Aligned remain our exclusive property. Clients may use materials provided during training for internal purposes only and may not:

• Reproduce or distribute materials without written permission
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use materials for commercial purposes outside their organization
• Share materials with third parties without authorization

7. Confidentiality

Team Aligned respects the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose sensitive business information shared during training sessions without permission, except as required by law. Similarly, we expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary training methodologies and materials.

8. Liability and Indemnification

Team Aligned provides training services in good faith and with professional diligence. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business results from our training
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Clients agree to indemnify Team Aligned against claims arising from their use of our services

We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance for our training services.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants in Team Aligned training programs are expected to:

• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with respect
• Participate actively and professionally
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others
• Refrain from disruptive behavior
• Comply with venue rules and regulations

Team Aligned reserves the right to remove participants who violate this code of conduct without refund.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Venue and Logistics

For on-site & off-site training at client locations, the client is responsible for:

• Providing suitable training space with necessary equipment
• Ensuring participant attendance and punctuality
• Covering any venue-related costs unless otherwise agreed
• Meeting any specific setup requirements communicated in advance

12. Force Majeure

Team Aligned is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services at no additional cost.

13. Testimonials and Marketing

By engaging our services, clients agree that Team Aligned may:

• List the client organization as a client (unless specifically requested otherwise)
• Request testimonials or feedback
• Use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes

Any use of specific client names or detailed case studies will require written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, parties may pursue mediation
• Any legal proceedings will be governed by South African law
• The courts of South Africa will have exclusive jurisdiction

15. Modifications to Terms

Team Aligned reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For existing service agreements, the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
